What are the consequences?

- Maintain a balanced diet to maintain your weight or get rid of any excess weight.
- Avoid alcohol and tobacco.
- Avoid taking sleeping pills.
Also note that nasal congestion may be due to allergies and that once diagnosed and treated, your snoring may improve.
